Realserve will be proudly supporting the Royal Flying Doctor Service and raising vital funds through our participation in the 30th Annual Outback Car Trek. We are sponsoring the entry of Car X33, which will be driven by our Project Manager, Chris Broadbent, with our General Manager, Tarek Jomma, as his trusted co-driver. Car X33, a support vehicle to our Director's own entry (Car 33), will be readily and willingly providing any assistance required during the 12-day trek.
Have a look at our video below to see Car 33 in action.
The 30th Annual Outback Car Trek is coming soon. The 2019 Trek leaves from the Murray River town Renmark on June 3, and finishes in Darwin on the 14th of June. The Trek visits places like the Flinders Ranges, the Birdsville Track, Mt Isa, Hells Gate, Jabiru, and Kakadu.
But the trek is more than just a fun Australian experience, it’s for an amazing cause. The Car Trek focuses on raising funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS). Car Trekkers raise funds through sponsors and supporters on their individual Outback Car Trek pages. Click here to view our fundraising page.
These funds go towards supporting the RFDS, who provide GP, Nursing and health care services to remote communities. The Car Trek raises and provides the RFDS with critical funding to continue supporting the Australian community.
With your support, people living in Outback Australia can receive the critical healthcare they need. Your donation will make a difference by helping towards regular health checks and life-saving emergency measures in rural Australia.
The Car Trek is also an amazing cause due to the social and financial contributions trekkers make to the rural towns that they visit.
If you would like to support this cause and assist us in reaching our fundraising goals, make sure to visit our pages and donate if you are feeling generous!
